I am Andrew Burgess. I am the founder and leader of AdvisorOps360, a comprehensive operations and back-office solutions firm dedicated to supporting Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Firms. Throughout my 12+ year tenure in the industry, I've amassed extensive expertise across all operational disciplines, including compliance and supervision, advisor support, back-office personnel hiring and development, and the facilitation of advisor transitions. My career began in a producing capacity before I realized my passion for the administrative side of the industry. This passion has led me to flourish in several operational leadership roles, focusing on both operational strategy and the execution of day-to-day tasks. Throughout my career, I've held my Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 exams through FINRA, as well as my state insurance exams.
